The country registered 1304 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, November 21, 955 cases on Sunday, November 22, 618 cases on Monday, November 23, and 895 today, Tuesday, November 24, reaching a total of 133,190 cases confirmed by COVID- 19.
Of the cases registered on Saturday, 297 were by epidemiological link and 1007 by laboratory. In the case of Sunday, 108 are by link and 847 by laboratory, on Monday 79 are by epidemiological link and 539 by laboratory. For this Tuesday, 263 are by epidemiological link and 632 by laboratory.
In total we have 64,650 women and 68,540 men, of whom 113,895 are Costa Rican and 19,295 are foreigners.
By age we have: 112,763 adults, 9,240 older adults and 11,088 minors, 99 are under investigation.
There are 81,973 recovered persons, of which 39,597 are women and 42,376 are men, by age we have: 70,230 adults, 4,694 older adults, 6,970 minors and 79 are under investigation.
501 people are hospitalized, 208 of them in intensive care with an age range of zero to 89 years.
On Saturday 16 unfortunate deaths were reported, on Sunday 10, on Monday there are seven and today there are 21 on Tuesday, reaching a total of 1,662 deaths related to COVID-19: 632 women and 1030 men, with an age range of nine to 101 years. By age there are 536 adults, 1,124 older adults and two minors.
