Summary of Covid progress from November 15th to 17th

The country registered 726 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, November 15, 643 cases on Monday, November 16, and 998 cases today, Tuesday, November 17, reaching a total of 125,590 cases confirmed by COVID-19.

Of the cases registered on Sunday, 84 were by epidemiological link and 642 by laboratory. In the case of Monday, 60 are due to epidemiological link and 583 due to laboratory. For this Tuesday 343 are by epidemiological link and 655 by laboratory.

In total we have 60,815 women and 64,775 men, of which 106,846 are Costa Rican and 18,744 are foreigners.

By age we have: 106,384 adults, 8,684 older adults and 10,423 minors, 99 are under investigation.

77,558 recovered persons were counted, of which 37,465 are women and 40,093 are men, by age we have: 66,422 adults, 4,435 older adults, 6,622 minors and 79 are under investigation.

514 people are hospitalized, 221 of them in intensive care with an age range of one to 99 years.

On Sunday nine unfortunate deaths were reported, on Monday there were 11 and today there are 12 on Tuesday, reaching a total of 1,578 deaths related to COVID-19: 597 women and 981 men, with an age range of nine to 101 years. By age there are 507 adults, 1,069 older adults and two minors.
