Responsibilities with clients and users.

Clients and users who use accommodations processed through the Paradise Products Costa Rica platforms must at all times observe good behavior habits and observe and comply with the norms and rules defined by the property owners.

Medium or slight unjustified breaches by the service provider such as but not limited to:

  • Minimal errors or flaws in services advertised in the advertisement through the platform, such as but not limited to: TVs in poor condition, damaged or medium power air conditioning, damage to pipes when the client uses the accommodation and there is no been he responsible for the damage.   • Error in reservations or availability by the service provider whenever the movement to another similar or lower priced accommodation is accepted by the client

Does not justify the total or partial refund of what was paid

  • Forgetting on the part of the client.

  • Lost for more than 6 hours of Check In or Check Out hours.

    • Delayed airlines.
    • Loss of flights or boats, cruises or other types of transport.
    • Accidents not related to Paradise Products Costa Rica or to the service provider.
    • Migratory problems.
    • Mechanical problems.
    • Works on the road or similar.
    • Legal or judicial blockade
    • Others.

Rentals and Rentals.

It will be the responsibility of the supplier at all times to ensure that their insurance for operation, life, travel, and other insurance are up to date. Paradise Products Costa Rica will not be responsible for damages to the integrity of its clients or third parties that have been caused by defective equipment or goods.

Paradise Products Costa Rica may request vouchers of viability of operation, circulation or tests of suitability of operation for the equipment offered on its platform. Other Rent and Rentals.

Road care or mechanical care and other assistance during use will be provided by the service provider. Extra services purchased at the counter or negotiated directly with the service provider will not be included in the return policy of Paradise Products Costa Rica.

Increases in versions, capacities, cylinder capacity, among others, that are made between the client and the service provider outside the Paradise Products Costa Rica platform will not fall within the Paradise Products Costa Rica return policy. Return request period and complaints.
