The country registered 1,330 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, November 25, 1,222 cases on Thursday, November 26, and 1,351 today, Friday, November 27, reaching a total of 137,093 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
Of the cases registered on Wednesday, 310 are by epidemiological link and 1,020 by laboratory. In the case of Thursday, 267 are per link and 955 per laboratory. For this Friday, 281 are by epidemiological link and 1,070 by laboratory.
In total we have 66,588 women and 70,505 men, of which 117,482 are Costa Rican and 19,611 are foreigners.
By age we have: 115,995 adults, 9,571 older adults and 11,427 minors, 100 are under investigation.
84,991 recovered persons are counted, of which 41,041 are women and 43,950 are men, by age we have: 72,860 adults, 4,843 older adults, 7,208 minors and 80 are under investigation.
513 people are hospitalized, 220 of them in intensive care with an age range of 29 to 89 years.
On Wednesday, 12 regrettable deaths were reported, on Thursday nine and today there are 11 added today, reaching a total of 1,690 deaths related to COVID-19: 641 women and 1,049 men, with an age range of nine to 101 years. By age there are 544 adults, 1,144 older adults and two minors.
