In the Valle de La Estrella in the province of Limón, the Housing Mortgage Bank (BANHVI) financed the construction of 86 homes built with an innovative design in wood and on stilts, aimed at families in extreme need, elderly, people with disabilities and women heads of household.

Now we are safe and calm. When we received the keys, we couldn’t believe it, ”he said.

Referring to the development of the housing project, the Minister of Housing and Human Settlements, Irene Campos, highlighted the innovation in the construction work, not only in the design of the houses but also in the materials used.
