A total of 40 women from the Carthaginian cantons of El Guarco and Oreamuno lead a series of environmental and productive projects with the support of the Rural Development Institute (Inder), which were visited this Wednesday by the executive president of the institution, Harys Regidor .

This is a microalgae project, directed by 17 women from the Tobosi district of El Guarco; an initiative of articles made from cabuya developed by 12 entrepreneurs from San Isidro de El Guarco and a greenhouse promoted by 11 vegetable producers from the canton of Oreamuno.

The owner of Inder indicated that disruptive projects of this type are those that the institution identifies and prioritizes. “Those that promote innovative ideas and even create jobs in the area, with an enormous positive impact on the environment and culture and on local production,” said Regidor.
