Officers of the Public Force interrupted a 15-year-old party that took place during the night of this Saturday, June 20, in the precarious Los Pinos, in the district of San Felipe de Alajuelita. A day earlier, on Friday the 19th, the Ministry of Health had been forced to stop the opening phase 3 due to the increase in Covid cases19. About 20 of which were traceable a clandestine party also in Alajuelita.

Alajuelita is also on orange alert, by order of the health authorities since June 19, before the concentration of infections in that sector.

The police forces had to interrupt this and another celebration last night, in the La Carpio sector, since they generate a high concentration of people, facilitating contagion. After 10:30 p.m. the officers reported the intervention in a house located in that settlement, and that 60 people were at the celebration, as confirmed by telephone the director general of the Public Force, Daniel Calderón.

One of the officers was deprived of his freedom, so he had to intervene. Some people stole belongings from the officers like their caps. On the outskirts of the site a person also came and fired shots and then left.

There were 5 people apprehended who went to the public ministry. For his part, in the 15-year-old fist in Alajuelita there were between 60 and 70 people. This Saturday the Public Force together with the Municipality of San Rafael de Heredia intervened a party in the Getsemani area, Orozco street.
