Ministry of Security seeks to improve conditions for border personnel

The Deputy Minister of Public Security, Randall Vega Blanco, remains in the northern part of the country working to improve the conditions of all the policemen who work on the Nicaraguan border.

During his first day of touring he visited Liberia, La Cruz, Guanacaste, as well as police delegations and the Murciélago Police Training Center, to deliver supplies for officers such as masks, masks and cleaning supplies.

In addition, it extended the loan agreement until September at the El Paraje hotel, where about 160 policemen are installed in very good conditions that allow social distancing.

Also, it received from the Solidarist Association of Public Security, Government and Police Employees (ASEGOSEP) a condensation system machine that produces water by capturing air.

The hierarch visited the Mounted Police unit together with personnel from the National Animal Health Service (SENASA) and the regional director of the Public Force in Guanacaste, commissioner Katia Chavarría.

After supervision, all quadrupeds are in good condition and with food and care necessary for good performance. The Vice Minister continues his tour of Upala today to deliver more supplies and seek better conditions for the officers.
