The “Telethon for Culture” will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, from 8 a.m. at 8 p.m., from the National Auditorium Theater. The event will count with the contribution of different national artists, who will bring their talent to the cause from their homes or on the spot.
The activity will take place at the National Auditorium Theater, headquarters of the Children’s Museum and will be broadcast by Trece Costa Rica Television and by Facebook Live broadcast through the pages of: TeletonCR, the Association of Composers and Musical Authors of Costa Rica (ACAM) , the social networks of the National Auditorium Theater and the Association of Musical Performers and Performers of Costa Rica (AIE), Union of Music Workers, Artists and the Like, Performing Arts CR and the Ministry of Culture and Youth.
“Telethon for Culture” is a joint effort of the Active Club 2030 Telethon project, the Ministry of Culture and Youth, the Association of Musical Composers and Authors of Costa Rica (ACAM), the Association of Musical Performers and Performers of Costa Rica ( AIE), the Music Workers Union (UTM), the Performing Arts organization CR, the National Radio and Television System (Sinart) and the National Auditorium Theater of the Children’s Museum.

● 2030, to donate ¢ 5,000 colones (five thousand colones).
● 2031, to donate ¢ 2,000 colones (two thousand colones).
In addition to this, an area will be set up in the National Auditorium to receive donations of non-perishable food.
“We hope to have the support of the entire Costa Rican people to demonstrate once again that ‘Together Everything is Possible,'” reported the Active 2030 Club.
