This Monday, April 13, 612 cases confirmed by COVID-19 are registered, with an age range of one to 87 years. There are 295 women and 317 men, of whom 569 are Costa Rican and 43 foreigners.
Positive cases are registered in 59 cantons of the seven provinces. By age we have: 557 adults, 31 older adults and 24 minors.
At this time 6,256 people have been discarded, 62 people are registered as recovered and three regrettable deaths are recorded, two 87-year-old men and one 45-year-old man.
20 people are hospitalized, 14 of them are in intensive care with an age range of 35 to 85 years.
For its part, the Ministry of Public Security reported that during the daytime vehicle restriction this Sunday, 346 fines were made for violating the Ministry of Health measure and another 707 parties for various cases and a drunk driver was surprised.
During the afternoon-evening of this Sunday and early morning of this Monday, 144 fines were made for disrespecting the sanitary vehicle restriction, 297 sanctions were carried out for other cases, and 4 drivers were caught driving while intoxicated.
