These people are cared for in an interdisciplinary way by teams composed of: medicine, nursing, social work, psychology, physical nutrition and administrative therapy.
This service cares for patients who have been referred or who have studies and a defined diagnosis with chronic pain caused by osteoarthritis, trigeminal neuralgia, postherpetic neuralgia, failed spinal syndrome, complex regional pain syndrome, among other diseases. Additionally, it cares for patients with end-stage diseases such as cancer, chronic hematopathy, kidney failure, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, HIV / AIDS, etc.
