“The objective of these capsules is to spread the history and culture as well as to reach all audiences sharing very varied themes. In addition, the National Library will offer, through the SINABI portal www.sinabi.go.cr, more than 50 audios produced by the Graduate School of History of the National University, the National Institute of Learning (INA) and the Theater of the Mind “Costa Rica in the times of the tram”, consisting of capsules that will transport listeners to Costa Rica at the beginning of the 20th century.
